On Friday, 27 October, a team of Guildford Grammar School leadership staff are participating in the Central Park Plunge, abseiling 33 floors or 130 metres of Central Park Tower in Perth to raise funds for families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, poverty and inequity, and family and domestic violence.
Our Principal, Pete Allen will be joined by Executive Assistant, Amber Harvey, Deputy Principal, Bruce Derby and Head of Preparatory School, Holly Miller as they each take the plunge together.
Right now, there 1,927 young people aged between 12-25 who are experiencing homelessness in Australia.
