Terms and Conditions

One size advert is available – 180mm wide by 65mm high.
Advertisements cost $400 + GST each which includes 1 hour of design time (additional time will be charged separately).
There is a limit of ten advertisements per edition, with editions issued in July and December each year.
Advertisements are book on a first in basis on completion of an online booking form and payment.
Only registered businesses can advertise – ABN must be supplied.
Advertising must not conflict with any current school supporters, suppliers or partners.
Advertisers must reflect similar values to that of the School (please see further details below).
All advertisements will be designed by the School’s graphic designer (maximum of one hour allocated for design) to ensure style consistency throughout the publication.
Client will receive designer advertisement for approval (one round of edits). Once approved no further changes can be made.
Client will supply all copy and logos. Copy writing and logo work is not included in the design time.
Guildford Grammar School will decide on the final placement of the advertisement in the publication.
Bookings for each edition will be advertised in the Bulletin in May and October each year. Bookings will not be taken outside of these times.
All advertisers must be approved by the Principal prior to acceptance. Refunds will be issued to advertisers whose advertisement is not approved (based on values, conflict of interest).
The booking is not confirmed until advertisers have received a confirmation email.
The School reserves the right to decline any advertisements that contradict the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s Advertising and Selling Guide.
No advertisements will be accepted for the following categories: Sale of alcohol, tobacco or other prohibited substances, adult products, illegal products or services, businesses whose values do not align with the School's values. Guildford Grammar School reserves the right to decline any inappropriate advertising and no discussion will be entered into. Refunds will be issued for any adverts deemed inappropriate.
