Active August: Community Personal Training Sessions

As part of Active August we are offering three weeks of Personal Training sessions to members of our school community, commencing on Monday 10 August.

The Personal Training sessions will be delivered by our staff on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30am-9.30am at the Foundation Hockey Turf. The sessions cost $90 for the three weeks, with three sessions each week.

These sessions will cover a variety of important aspects of physical health and fitness, with each session including: stretching for mobility and flexibility; hopping, skipping and landing for balance and stability; basic bodyweight resistance training for improved strength and coordination; and simple interval training for improved cardiovascular fitness. Each of the exercises will include levels of progressions to cater for a wide range of individuals with varying levels of physical fitness.
