This week the Senior School Prefect Group are coordinating a range of activities for Year 11 and 12 students, to provide an opportunity to focus on wellness and take some time out to relax and focus before exams. The activities planned for the week include a Lunchtime Wellness Walk, Mindfulness Colouring, Yoga, an information session on Brain Food, the creation of a Wellness Wall in the Library where students can post positive messages and a Chillout Zone where students can relax and listen to music.
We congratulate our Prefect Group on this important initiative to help students through what can be a stressful time in the lead up to exams.
