BYOD

From January 2019 we will implement a compulsory Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program for all students in Years 7-12.  This means that all students will need to bring their own personal device to school every day to use in class.

The Australian Curriculum emphasises 21st century learning and we live in a world where technology allows for learning to occur anywhere, anytime.  Having their own device means that students will have access to technology at all times and can use the same device at home to support teaching and learning.

We have partnered with JB HiFi to help you choose the right device for your child's needs.  You can access this information by clicking here and using the code GGS2019.  You are free to use JB HiFi or buy your device from any other supplier provided it meets the necessary specifications.
