BYOD (Bring your own Device)

The Australian Curriculum emphasises 21st century learning and we live in a world where technology allows for learning to occur anywhere and anytime. Having their own device means that students will have access to technology at all times and can use the same device at home to support teaching and learning.

Guildford Grammar School operates an Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program for all students in Years 7-12. This means that all students bring their own personal device to school every day to use in class. The School continues with its optional BYOD Program for students in Year 5 and 6.

We have partnered with JB HiFi to help you choose the right device for your child's needs. You can access this information by visiting the website or using the QR code below and using the code GGS2022. You are free to use JB HiFi or buy your device from any other supplier, provided it meets the necessary specifications.
