Guildford Grammar School Foundation

The Guildford Grammar School Foundation was created in 1974 to help guarantee the financial independence of the School and to develop its standing as one of the foremost educational institutions in the country.The Board of the Foundation aims to establish a large, self-perpetuating capital fund of $30 million. Currently, a portion of the income generated from the Foundation's assets funds a Bursaries and Scholarships program. The balance is re-invested in blue chip investments with capital appreciation objectives.

The main goals of the Foundation are to:
  • Attract and retain the continuing interest and financial support of Old Guildfordians, parents and friends;
  • Admit individual persons, groups of persons, or corporate bodies to membership;
  • Recommend projects that would benefit the School to the School Council for consideration.
